This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the "منصة مصدر للفحص" (Source Check) app, published by Sajaya.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Source Check app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the "Settings" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap "Request account deletion" at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the warning, then enter your password to confirm.
- Deletion happens immediately, you are signed out, and the account can no longer be used to sign in.
Delete by contacting us
- If you cannot sign in, send a request from your registered email to: info@sajaya.com.sa
- Use the subject: "Account deletion request - Source Check".
- The request is completed within a maximum of 30 days after we verify your identity.
Data that is permanently deleted
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- City and associated organisation.
- Password and access tokens (all sessions are invalidated immediately).
Data that is retained and why
- Power-source inspection records (station, feeder, subscription data and documentation photos) are retained after identifying information is removed, because they form part of the regulated documentation of the electrical network held by the network operator.
- After deletion these records contain no name, email, or phone number of yours.
- They are kept for the statutory retention period required by the network operator.
