Data We Collect

Account data: the name and email issued by platform administrators, used solely for authentication.
Location: the station or box location is recorded at the moment of inspection to document the power source. Your location is never tracked in the background or after the app is closed.
Photos: images of the station, cables, meter, and plate captured by the technician to document the inspection.
NFC data: the technical identifier of the smart plate and its public link.
Technical data: app version and device type, used to identify unsupported versions.

Documenting field inspections and linking them to the correct station and subscription.
Producing inspection reports for electrical network operators.
Improving app performance and diagnosing faults.
We do not use data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it to third parties.

Guest mode allows reading plates and viewing their public data only.
No personal data is collected in this mode, your location is not recorded, and no photos are uploaded.

Data is transmitted to platform servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Access is restricted to authorised staff under defined permissions.
Inspection records are retained for the statutory period required to document network work.

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of any inaccurate data.
Delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Request account deletion. Your personal data is erased immediately and sign-in is permanently disabled. Technical inspection records tied to the network are retained for regulatory reasons after identifying information is removed.
Withdraw location or camera permission from your device settings at any time.

The app is intended for professional use by certified technicians and is not directed at anyone under 18.
